You start your routine using your handset, and then the timePiece will show you how much time or reps remain will be on your current drill. Apple Watch will also provide a haptic feedback at the beginning of each drill, and continue to do so until your workout is complete.

The Nike Training Club (NTC) app will be available globally on the Apple Watch beginning July 25. All 180+ workouts currently available on the NTC app will be supported by the Apple Watch.
