OnePlus 5/5T getting OxygenOS Open Beta update, adds Gaming Mode 3.0 and front-facing Portrait Mode

OnePlus 5 and 5T users are getting a new software update. This new update comes with OxygenOS Open Beta update and device improvements. OnePlus has released OxygenOS Open Beta 17 and Open Beta 15 for OnePlus 5/5T, during the OnePlus Open Ears Forum, the company promised to add a selfie portrait mode.

The latest software update brings OxygenOS Open Beta alongside August 2018 security patch, adds Gaming Mode 3.0 and front-facing Portrait Mode, improved accuracy for weather forecasts, and a new version of Note that meshes with the latest OxygenOS UI.

The size of the update is 1737Mb. Make sure you have enough storage for this update. These builds are sometimes not as stable as our official OTAs generally are. By installing this update.
