OPPO’s sub-brand Realme now officially unveiled another mid-range smartphone in the Indian market Realme U1. The mobile is a budget range smartphone, that comes with decent specs including a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. The smartphone has narrow bezels with Dewdrop notch display.
The RealMe U1 comes with a 6.3-inch FHD+Dewdrop display (2340 x 1080) with broad 90.8% screen-to-body ratio & 19.5:9 aspect ratio with Gorilla® Glass 3. And is powered by MediaTek Helio P70 chipset (CPU frequency: Up to 2.1GHz) and the GPU: ARM Mali-G72 and with 3GB/4GB RAM options and 32GB/64GB internal storage it can be expanded up to 256GB a dedicated microSD card slot.
The mobile Equipped with dual 13MP+2MP dual AI rear camera configuration, that supports Portrait Lighting, Slo-mo Video & Bokeh Effect. The primary lens comes with a Sony sensor of f/2.2 aperture, that enables AI Scene Detection, AI Beautification and AI album and the front camera of the phone are 25MP with a Sony sensor IMX576, that is powered by AI selfie. The device is fuelled by a 3500mAh battery, the smartphone has a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. Realme 2 Pro runs ColorOS 5.2 OS over and above Android 8.1 Oreo.
The entry-level Realme U1, with 3GB RAM/32GB memory, has been priced at Rs 11,999 while the 4GB RAM/64GB memory variant has been priced at Rs 14,499. The phone will be available exclusively via Amazon India site, as revealed earlier, from 12 pm IST on December 5. Notably, the smartphone comes with three color options – Ambitious Black, Brave Blue, and Fiery Gold.
