The latest information from China suggests that the South Korean company is developing a couple of new/ improved features which will be introduced with its Galaxy Note 9.

According to a leak by Ice Universe, we are going to have a new S Pen for the Galaxy Note 9. Undoubtedly, the Galaxy Note 9 will have a whole new S Pen suite with unique features. The rumor doesn’t clear anything about the improvements.

Samsung is also said to improve graphical user interface – probably make the Samsung Experience skin on the device lighter and can be used in a more intelligent way.

As we have reported earlier, the company’s CEO confirmed that the Galaxy Note 9 will have Bixby 2.0. According to rumors, the Galaxy Note 9 is likely to feature an on-screen fingerprint scanner. There’s no official confirmation about the placement of fingerprint scanner on the display, we advise you to take this information with a pinch of salt.

Further, The Galaxy Note 9 will get a 3850mAh battery, a big improvement over the Note 8’s 3300mAh. Samsung may also offer a new color variant with the Galaxy Note 9, that should give shades on brown. Finally, new and further improvements are expected in the Camera. Samsung has introduced a dual camera, new AR Emoji, and a new image processing algorithm that allows you to take pictures of excellent quality in latest Galaxy flagship smartphones.

The Samsung Galaxy Note series launch in the latter half of the year by tradition. The Galaxy Note 9 is therefore not expected to arrive until late summer 2018. Its predecessor, the Galaxy Note 8, was revealed on 23 August 2017 and hit shelves on 15 September, with the disastrous Note 7 launching around a similar time.

Whenever the Note 9 does arrive it’s sure to be expensive. The Galaxy Note 8 retailed for $950 at launch and we can’t see Samsung lowering the price for the Note 9.
