OnePlus 5 and 5T users are getting a new software update. This new update comes with a new security patch and device improvements.
The latest software update brings OxygenOS 5.1.4 alongside July 2018 security patch and adds sleep standby optimization to improve battery or several other bug fixes and improvements have been made. The size of the update is 1606Mb.
The latter can be found in the Settings > Battery > battery optimization > click the three dots > Advanced optimization > Sleep Standby optimization.

When this setting is turned on, the system intelligently identifies your sleep pattern based on the phone’s usage. The phone will then turn off the network during specific periods of inactivity, which effectively reduces standby power consumption.
The phone will automatically cancel any network restrictions and get the phone out of Sleep Standby just before you wake up so that you won’t miss any notifications such as news updates, emails etc.
All OnePlus 5/5T owners should receive the update in the next couple of days, so wait patiently if it doesn’t show up on your phone right away.
